I love the great outdoors! Hiking at Red Rock Canyon – a short ride from the Las Vegas strip!
Our favorite Christmas gift – PetBox | thepupdiary.com
7 JanOf course our favorite Christmas gift involves food! But not just any old food. We received a PetBox gift box with premium tasty treats that we love to eat and are good for us, too: Honest Kitchen, Sliders, and Healthy Dogma treats! Mom says these treats will last us the entire month since they are full size packages and not tiny samples! The PetBox also included a cute duck toy, some vitamins, and Earth Heart Calm Coat spray. We’ll use the spray on our next car trip! Did we mention the coupon for DogTV?! Now mom has no excuse and needs to sign us up!
Why PetBox
There are several pet subscription boxes on the market and we have tried 3 of them. PetBox has been our favorite thanks to upscale products AND we get to choose what goes in our box from a list of premium items! PetBox is filled with up to 6 items and ships immediately.
PetBox gives back
For each PetBox shipped, they feed a rescue animal. Last month PetBox donated 100% of profits to pet organizations!
Discount Code
Daily Kibble is running a PetBox 20% discount through 1/24/14. Just enter discount code “DAILYKIBBLE” during checkout at getpetbox.com and you’ll Save 20%. Now that’s something to bark about!
Kissing Ray Kelly and other updates | thepupdiary.com
11 DecThis is our absolute favorite time of year! There are just so many fun things to do, places to go, people to meet, food to eat, parties to attend, and on and on! We are so busy that mom (our secretary) does not have time to update our blog as often as she should. Hey mom, have you even done our Christmas shopping yet?! (NO!)
This past weekend we attended the Blessing of the Animals at Christ Church on Park Avenue. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and I shared a kiss! The event was hosted by Cindy Adams and helped raise money for Best Friends Animal Society.
We met with the Bergdorf Goodman Santa Claus — who may actually be the real Santa Claus! They published our photos on their blog celebrating #BGDogs about town. The BG Santa is on the 7th floor every Sunday.
We saw the Thanksgiving parade with front row seats! (From our secret spot at the very end of the parade.)
We toured Animal Haven Shelter with our volunteer group from A Fair Shake for Youth. We hope all of the pups find homes soon!
We helped with a fundraiser donating items to local shelters. And we attended a program with A Fair Shake for Youth where special guests Lorenzo Borghese and Bocker the Labradoodle talked about adoption and animal advocacy. Yes, we have had a very busy month!
